Down Spout Status

Dear Residents,

I was writing to let you all know that on Wednesday March 31st, Rick Rivera will be finishing up the stucco touch on the silver facing store fronts. As you all may know, our sweet looking brass down spouts were stolen 6 months or so ago. We decided to install these plastic PVC, less pricy down spouts. Let me know if there are any questions or concerns.. Thanks

HOA Fee Payments

Dear Residents,

Over the past six months we have had a growing list of HOA fee delinquencies. In an effort to collect fees and bring everyone up to date, HOAMCO and the HOA board has agreed to wave late fees IF residents agree to use the monthly auto debit system provided by HOAMCO. Please contact Lora Motley at HOAMCO (lora@hoamco.com) to get your new balance, to start a payment plan and to sign up for auto debit. There is also a link to the auto debit HOAMCO website on the right of this posting. We understand that for many of you, Sky Management had done a poor job tracking all the HOA dues for those who have recently purchased a loft due to the Beazer Homes closing incentives. We are confident that HOAMCO now has all accounts up to date. Remember, these HOA fees insure that our investments stay in tip top shape year around. If there are questions, comments or concerns regarding HOA fee allocation, please attend the HOA meetings. Thank you for your cooperation.

Albuquerque Downtown Event Center

Dear Residents,

As your know, our dear departed mayor Marty has been tossing around the idea of building an event center near or on the conventions center. I am happy to hear that our new mayor has not forgot about this important downtown development and is trying to reach out to the community for feed back. I encourage all of you to take some time and fill out this feed back form regarding the Alb Downtown Event Center. In my opinion, this event center would allow each and everyone of us to benefit from our investment plus bring cool new structures, events, and jobs to our neighborhood.
